It can be used to buy other goods at our website and/or at our flagship store. You may exchange merchandise or receive Store Credit in the amount of the item’s last purchase price.
How long is the store credit validity?
Our Store Credits validity may vary depending on the reason for the transaction. Here is an average duration breakdown of our Store Credit:

Refund orders - (12) months valid. .
How do I use my store credit?
In any case of return or refund, our team will provide you with a unique code which you may use during check out on your next purchase with us either on our website or at our flagship store. All purchases made using Store Credit are final and not eligible for Exchange and/or Return.
Can my Store Credit be exchanged to cash or transferred to another person?
Unfortunately no, as all of our Store Credits are final and not eligible for exchange to cash or transfer to another person as the credit will be registered under one customer’s email address only.
What happens if my Store Credit expires?
